When is it Time to Downsize?
It seems that as we get older, we are now expected to downsize our Hubert, N C homes. That may be the right thing for some people but not others. I think it depends on your circumstances. If you live near your children and grandchildren, perhaps you have more people in your home than ever on a pretty regular basis. In that case, downsizing might not be the right thing to do. If, however, you do not have people in your home regularly, it very well could be the smart move to make. It is always difficult to give up our "things", especially ones that we have had for many years but if downsizing is in the future, that has to be done. Perhaps, that should be the subject of another blog. Sure is a lot to be said about that.
