Onslow County Events for the Family

There are many activities for those who live in Jacksonville, Swansboro, Hubert or any area of Onslow County, N C. Some upcoming events that might be of interest to residents:

September 16 - "City to the Sea" Bike Ride - Riders will meet at the Food Lion parking lot on the corner of Piney Green and Haltown and should be ready to take off at 1:30. The ride will end at Hammock's Beach Park.

September 16 - Craft Fair - Onslow County Multiplex Building, 4024 Richlands Highway, Jacksonville. Vendor applications being accepted for fine arts, traditional crafts and contemporary arts by the Coastal Carolina Artists and Crafter Guild. Contact Cassondra at 910 938 7077 or ccaguild@yahoo.com

September 29 - Dog Day in the Park - 9 AM til Noon, Onslow Pines Park, Jacksonville. There will be dog washes, photo contest and obedience classes. Cost is $8.00 and includes a T-shirt. There is space available for vendors.
