Swansboro/Hubert NC Residential Market Report
You have heard it said time and time again but it can never be said too many times or in too many ways

As you can see from these statistics (from the Onslow County, NC MLS) Swansboro/Hubert real estate is holding its own pretty well. Houses are taking longer to sell but they are selling.
It all comes down to understanding the local market and pricing a property right from the very beginning and to do that you need a local, experienced and knowledgable agent.
Remember the current market price of your Onslow County N C home has nothing to do with
- How much you owe on the mortgage
- How much you paid for the house
- How much it appraised for last year
- What you have spent on repairs and/or improvements
- What the county shows as the tax value
- How much you think you should "make on it"
It is the price determined by comparable sales in the vicinity.
