Jacksonville, NC Summer Programs for Children
For those who live in or near Jacksonville, N C and are still looking for activities for their children to participate in this summer, here are some of the activities offered by the Jacksonville Parks and Recreation Dept. . You can reach the department at 910- 938-5805
Adventure Camp - There are different sessions and you will need to check on the availability and cost. This camp includes camping, trips, horseback riding, drama and various other activities.
Sports Camp - Again you will need to check on the ages requirements, availability and cost. Basketball, tennis, volley ball, baseball and softball camps are being offered.
Summer Day Camp - "Chill'n at the Rec" Day camps for ages 6-15 are being offered at different locations throughout the county at different times. Activities may include arts, crafts, movies, skating and games.
